Shannon Conway is an experienced life and business coach who wanted a website and logo design to sync with her unique style and approach.
iD created a new logo, branding and website for Shannon Conway Coaching. The client is based in the States so all of our communication was via email and Zoom. It worked wonderfully and although we have never met in real life, it did not hinder our ability to work together.
Connection is key
One of the things we learnt during discovery was Shannon’s desire to associate herself with bold, bright colours which reflect her wickedly funny personality as well as her unique coaching style. We wanted to make sure this website design was highly personable and easy for the target market to connect with Shannon. Therefore we used many of Shannon’s personal images alongside some stock photography to blend personal and professional into approachable.

The logo is simple but effective. We tried many different design ideas but with the bold colours it seemed simple was best.

Jo’s brilliant interpretation of who I am, who my people are, and what they want resulted in a new brand and gorgeous new website delivered on time and on budget. She’s the best! I no longer stress about changes to product pages, keeping my blog current or most essentially—presenting ideas to the world. Being seen and understood by Jo has helped me dissolve deep resistance I’ve had for years about marketing and identity. Jo gets me. She finishes my sentences, even the ones that are about my newest most tender creations–it’s like she can read my mind. She knows why I get stuck, and she’s loving and supportive about it.
